We are recruiting college graduates from around the country to the Ascent Leadership Program. These leaders are placed into senior leadership roles at a Chick-fil-A restaurant. During their 2 ½ year “tour of duty,” Ascent Leaders are personally mentored by the owner of the restaurant, receive proprietary leadership insights, and apply those lessons in their full-time, decision-making role as a member of a restaurant’s leadership team.
LEADERS ACCEPTED INTO THE ASCENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAM GET…
Prior restaurant experience is not required. Ascent leaders without prior Chick-fil-A experience simply spend the first two months being trained in restaurant basics. All Ascent leaders rotate through a variety of leadership roles during the program, such as customer service, operations, human resources, and marketing. Upon conclusion of the program, we provide consulting and connections to each Ascent leader, enabling them to pursue:
Important: The Ascent Leadership Program is operated by Swoz Leadership. It is not run by the Chick-fil-A headquarters, which is a separate organization. The founder and staff of Swoz Leadership who run the Ascent Leadership Program spent many years working at the Chick-fil-A HQ and have contracts to represent Chick-fil-A franchisees across the country for this program. As such, we cannot guarantee after Ascent that Chick-fil-A Headquarters will select you as either a franchisee or as a corporate employee. What we can guarantee is that your experiences in the Ascent Leadership Program and our support with your launch from the program will make you much more competitive for any role you choose to apply for, at Chick-fil-A or elsewhere.
